Our “Earn Whilst You Learn” programme offers our residents the opportunity to work in an actual job role whilst studying towards a formal qualification. You will join a friendly and supportive team in a busy working environment with the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours in a specific job role in addition to undertaking a widely recognised qualification that directly relates to the job. You will spend 80% of your week working in a real job and 20% of the week studying towards the qualification.
